oh he worked for ah seng? i also used to patronise ah seng but the queue this season is terrible. only went at the start and decided to visit other stalls.

that was before the ghim moh temp market is up.
this season, indeed is terrible. i patronised once only too.

there are many other good ones too.
just be vigilant when you choose durian, pinch and try each and every one, make sure they are tasty.
and you're bringing home fairly good durian this season!

r u refering to ah hua durian stall? i find his pricing not so ex as compare to jw 5xx, usually his pricing same as ah seng. quality wise, i find his durian still quite good. buy from ah seng durian have to queue very long time

Bad experience with a dishonest durian seller.

Yesterday went down to Jurong West blk 498 there. Got two stalls. The usual one I patronized no more msw which is near the posb atm. The other one is nearer the main road. Decided to give the other one a try.

The guy took a msw and I caught a glimpse of rubber bands at the bottom. Most likely rejected before. Before I tell him he proceeded to chop at the durian. I took a look and it was slightly watery.

Told him can i change but he said then this durian how? Cannot change.

Anybody bought from this stall before? Its at Jurong west Ave 1 blk 498 facing the main road.

the stall is it opp of jurong green cc? the seller my mum call him ah bui.my parents used to be a regular customer, they often buy durians from him.quality wise i find his durian quite good however his pricing is higher

yah,btw hua and ah bui(opp cc). I find ah bui durian taste better,seed are usually small but his pricing slightly higher. I have not tried ah bui durain for a while, not sure how the quality now.

Anyone tried the durian stall at jurong west st 91 beside the coffee shop,any views in term of qualiy,pricing and honesty? My bro brought once last year, their msw durian pretty good too

i agree ah hua service not be as good as ah seng
if i remember correctly,my parents also feedback before 1 of the msw we brought no good. there was no compensation offer.

Bought a 1.5kg maoshanwang from combat durian.
Quite good with lots of meat.
18/Kg

D24 is only 10/kg

The d24 was bigger but had less meat than the maoshanwang.

Prefer the slightly bitter sweet taste of maoshanwang.

I got it from Combat durian along Balestier Road.
Seems like they cost about $2 per kg more than other places.
There are several other stores that too.

Online, the jurong place is selling $16/kg for maoshanwang and $8/kg for d24.

No idea if it is cheaper now as this is the first time i had durian this year!
