DX12 explicit multi GPU support

If I want to make use of this feature in Windows 10 for Ashes of Singularity. Which PCIe slot is the primary? i.e. how should I mount the Graphics card in the right order to extract the greatest performance?

I have R9 380 coming soon from Amazon and I am currently using GTX 560 Ti in slot 1 from top to bottom nearest to the CPU.
