DXGI Error Device Removed?

Anyone ever encountered this problem?
I seem to be having random crash to desktop when I get this error.
Happens only in Battlefront.

All my settings are stock frequency and voltage.
Video Card is overclocked from factory.

Any help would be great Guys.

P.S : Running latest version of Nvidia Driver.
