Gotten the unit. So far so good. i ordered the i7 / 8GB / 256SSD + 1TB specs.

think the ports are abit limited. only 2 USB 3 port and 1 type C. it would be good to have more slot. on the plus side, there is a direct Micro SD card reader without using adaptor. much more convenient.

let's have a look at the exterior first.

Top with measurements. no measuring tape so make do with 1 long ruler.

opening up the silver cover to reveal the ram. slight disappointment. only 1 slot available.

no dual channel and it means if upgrade, need to buy 1 piece of 16GB

take note SSD is M.2 and also the 1TB is 5400RPM only.. would be much happier if it's 7200RPM.

Only one fan and to only 1 side? Could run hot imo

yes 1 of the problem is the vent is on the right and that's where the mouse is.. if on damn intensive usage until the air blow out damn hot, will cause uncomfort to mouse hand.

so far i nv experience it. i did try to run GTA V for say 1 hour as it was free for download previously.. not the best if compared to those ROG or whatever gaming laptop..

i would say run reasonably ok..

Jus wondering, any laptop cooler to recommend or any way can help to reduce heat.

Kinda addicted to the GTA V and scare play too long, the heat spoil the battery.
