Dyson Spot+Scrub™

Our Samsung Jetbot including collection station broke down after 4 years of service. Since we have two dogs it's essential to run the bot daily. It always picks up some hairs where you could not reach. For us it seems like a good idea to also add a mob function in there and since we own many other Dyson products, we thought this would be a smart purchase. How wrong were we!

Straight away out of the box a manufacturing problem with one of the seals torn. Although this was an easy fix, it required us to drop the unit to the service center and cost us at least 40 SGD going up and down.

Second, the bot started to leak when cleaning the roller. Pouring water out of the station and basically flooding the surrounding area. I had to move the bot from a wooden floor to the marble floor.

We are currently still having this issue and likely that we need to send the unit back again.

I am not at the point to check if we can return the unit but perhaps to replace it. TBC

You should consider Roborock or Dreame robovacs instead. They are more reliable and well established in this market, and lots of spare parts and accessories available.
