by right, once reach 10 ORNS cycle or statutory age for ex NS (be it 40 or 50 yr old)

rightfully e-mart credit will go back to zero

now out of nowhere, there's new credits into my account even though I have MRed since 1 Apr 2019

but anyone encounter such weird scenario

i nvr apply to ROVER to extend
once i done with my 10th cycle back in Oct 2018,effective MR from 1 Apr 2019 onwards

yet they give me credits
scare it is a trap
