If the insurer allows, why not? Nothing to lose for them haha, if the "side-liners" can bring in cases for them. Have to ensure there are no conflict of interests though

I mean, this is sort of a softball for me, but yeah, definitely.

Aside from writing and running my markets consultancy, I have a few other little hobbies that have turned into businesses. I make enough money off Magic: the Gathering for that hobby to pay for itself, for example.

I think the trick is to find something that you have a unique skill at. Nobody has unique skills at filling in surveys, for example, but if you can find a niche in tutoring or freelance work, you can absolutely charge enough to make it worthwhile.

A few people sell on Amazon. Dunno how many actually make money. It's risky and takes hard work to find your niche.

I got 2 empty rooms to let. Been deliberating for 6 months. Ha Ha rent should be enough to pay instalments for new car.

Hehe subjective, if you can find a good housemate be worth the while but you never know Might not be worth the money if you kanna the wrong one, maybe try with one room first and see how.

One advantage internet has is all the content you put up will continue to come back to help you in the future, if you do it right, often in a big way. I started in 2008. So that’s more than 10 years of content I have created online. Eg articles, photos, videos.

yeah.. true on this..

i also got 2 spare rooms but after 1 incident with a terrible tenant for a year..
i decided not to rent out anymore..

the damage and experiences are not that pleasant..
