Earphone cable movement causing discomfort

Hello,

Like to know if other user is facing the same problem.

I have tried several In-Ear earphones (mostly sub-$80),
if you will to shake the cable, (or move your head violently),
you can heard very obvious distortion.

Those cheapo non In-Ear types dont have this effects.

Is this effect normal for all In-Ear type earphone ?

Not sure if you're referring to microphonics. If yes, it is normal. All IEM will have microphonics.

Yep, those noises that you commonly heard from a dangling microphone.

In that case,
Appreciate if anyone can share their Best Known Method to at least minimize it,
esp if you are commuting in train.
