Was speaking with my colleague in Taipei over the phone when she suddenly shouted "Earthquake".

For those in Taipei now, stay safe!!!

M 6.0 Earthquake, 21km SE of Buli, Taiwan

all are safe.. my tour guide was bringing my friend up and their car swerved twice.. so dangerous! but they reported all safe

Was at wen wu miao during that time. Whole temple building shake and the tiles on the floor crack and pop out.. Got some pic of the tiles.. But hard to upload on mobile.

Just be safe. There will be aftershocks n do not panic. Enjoy the experience and be alive to tell more stories.

felt 5sec of it while in Taichung. first earthquake experience given to Taiwan. trains, HSR all delayed. schedule were all in a mess.

must say they are well prepared. bread, water all ready and staffs knew exactly what to do.

Heard the news though i was away. But if hsr miss n late for plane dun know how liao. Take cab to airport maybe in time. Dun know if long distance example from kaohsiung then how? Can miss plane de, due to distance. Better think twice for travellers that come back to taoyuan on last day from places as far as taichung to taoyuan. Hsinchu still not that bad.

Usually Few days earlier I will locate myself to the nearby city n tour there before the returning flight.

Felt bit of it this morning in taipei, didn't realize until watching their evening news. Quite bad in central Taiwan, building cracks and falling wall which killed an old lady farmer.

Taipei morning shocks were pretty minimal. Experienced it at a building near shandao temple.

Parents going next week, i flying over in two weeks time, hope would meet any problem over there... hai
