Easiest way to send a file to the PC ?

For Xiaomi phone, what is the easiest way to send ?

I'm use several ways, eg Dropbox or copy to NAS, FTP using FileMangers (most troublesome)

If I'm not at my own PC, what is the best way, with and without WIFI ?

I would drop it in my Google Drive or even email to myself.

If I'm at somebody else PC and I just want to transfer a file, I probably don't want to signon to internet (can't remember the password). So what is the best direct method ?

Direct transfer? vis USB cable?

Or get something like this thumbdrive:

one side lets you plug into phone, other side is normal USB size so can then plug into PC. They're qute small too. Handy to carry around.
