Youngsters thought it may be easy to move out but end of the day they under-calculated. When they never foot the bills , they would talk loud and haolian this n that. When really move out, they would feel the pain....Rental + utilities+ maintenance of rented place (servicing of aircon, break down of appliances n etc) + basic cleaning necessities & groceries like laundry wash , dish detergent n etc+ meals+ insurance + HP + internet+ entertainment+ medical and so on......
