Wow saw this big huge ad in newspaper ytdy about this project eaton residences in KL , klcc area. It is built by mr popiah king sam goi.

psf, is RM1500-1600. smallest unit is 632 sq ft about 1 mil rm.

What caught my eyeball is mr goi built a MBS-like swimming pool at this property 52 level high. The main selling point of this project though, along with glass like structure all around. Saw the location, somewhat premium in a quiet-er area of KLCC.

anybody bought KL apt before ? Heard those bought in 2009, doubled their property price.

Anyway this project really looks architecturally very good.
