Hi Dear all,

There is a cure for eczema patients, My dear friend Judi she had been tortured by eczema for 20+ years. She spent countless $$ and efforts with skin doctors, TCM and beauty parlors. Steroid cream was her only relieve and it last only 2.5-3 hours. She always woke up in a blood pool on bed due to scratching overnight. She started with a pack of juice blend when she woke up every morning. The first food to enter her empty stomach after a night's sleep. She applied Serum to all her eczema wounds and marks. Immediately the itchiness stopped. After her eczema's rashes subsided and wounds healed, she continue to use body renewal and night repair to continue the healing.

Guys let me know if anyone would like to give it a try the method she was using.

There's a better way

Hi Dainslef,

Read your post and thought I could help as I've been using natural products for my dry skin which has improved. My friend's hubby who was suffering from ezcema previously also had his condition greatly improved.

If you're interested, can pm me to find out more.

Regards,
Vincent

So how was the cream? Effective?

I am not too impressed with NSC, for me they always prescribe steroids. I stopped going when I realised the creams stopped working after a few visits.

I should update on my condition. Ketoconazole (antifungal, not a steroid) seems to have decreased in effectiveness, perhaps the yeast is building up resistance? Sea salt with trace elements plus TCM herbal vinegar soak is still very effective for me. Now trying bentonite clay for external and internal detox. For moisturisers I use 'horse oil', aka urea cream. Non greasy and works well.

Still on the search for a cure.

My son also have eczema and have been using steriod cream too. I have tried multiple type of methods but has yet to see result. 1st is the Robertson Oilment from Australia, now onto Bryan Laoshi whom i heard from FM97.2, but has yet to see improvement using cream solution.

Will continue to monitor. But it will be a long journey because eczema is no cure at the moment, steriod only helps to surpress it, but once stop using, it comes back again.

Hi guys. Eczema sufferer here as well. It started off in 2010 and ever since then, I have been visiting NSC quite often. All they can prescribe me are antihistamines and stronger steroid creams. Over time, the steroids creams are no longer effective as it is before, causes skin thinning too. My skin breaks very easily now when scratched. I have it all over my body, hands and forearms being the worst. Worst of all, I work in the healthcare field, those alcohol handrubs make my eczema x100000 times worse. Currently I am using Fobancort + Aveeno moisturising lotion + physiogel shower lotion. Am thinking of letting go the steroid creams but I'll get a bad flare if I let go. :(

A big percentage of people after using topical steroid for a period of time will get addicted. Withdrawing from it will have to go through hell. I am currently going through it. Many people lost their jobs whilst going what we called topical steroid withdrawal. It's the only way to stop relying topical steroid for life. You might want to check this website out first before deciding you should stop steroid cream. Www.itsan.org

You might want to stop using steroid creams. They have side effects and will appear years later. Cut all sugar and processed food, add probiotics in his diet (like water or milk kefir) should see improvements.

Again, check out his website www.itsan.org if you intend to stop steroid as we are not sure if your son is already addicted and going through the withdrawal will take months.

PS: if you need kefir grains to make water kefir, I will pass some to you free of charge.

Hi!

My hubby works in the local gov hospital. We are in close contact with healthcare professionals. We learnt that since Dec’14, a team led by researchers at the US Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai has proven that eczema is an immune-driven (autoimmune) disease. This means your immune system is over-reactive and mistakenly attacks skin cells.
That's why when steroids is used, there is instant relief, simply because steroids lower the immune system. But this is dangerous, as you need immune system to fight viruses and other diseases. Can't suppress too long. Morever, you can develop steriod addiction when higher and higher dosage is needed.
In US, there are organisations lobbying against usage of topical steroids.

Conclusion - Eczema is not a skin problem! Sadly modern medicine has no cure for autoimmune system problem and can only help you alleviate your symptoms by treating the skin.

Treatment For Eczema

Hi All,

I suffered from eczema 2 years ago which started from allergies from sand fly bite. Tried many ways of getting it cured, Western meds, TCM, going to the sea, but none worked. 3 months ago, i chanced upon a TCM doctor and started treatment with acupuncture and chinese herbs. Started seeing the improvements in 3 sessions. Now, 3 months later, I am almost completely healed. The TCM doctor has a clinic in Khatib, you can contact him @ 90222008. I have some photos of my condition before and after treatment, you can whatsapp me @81269695. Having went through this ordeal, i hope people out there who is suffering the same can have a chance of full recovery. Cheers.

Eczema associate with scabies?

I had suffered pompholyx (dyshidrotic eczema), patchy eczema, seborrheic eczema within 5months! Right now I found the root caused and I hope it would help! Here is my story.

Oct 2015

I had vacation on an island with my friends and we live in very old house staying for two days. During that time I having serious fever. When i back home i realize I get bitten by insect (I was guess it was dust mite since I allergic to dust mites, it always caused me big swollen bumps) but this times is like small red bumps on my leg. I was not care about it and keep scratching it.

Nov 2015

I having some bumps on my arms but I was suspected it was caused by working environment (shipyard) since I always exposed to some common allergen such as nickel, fibre glass, chromium, etc. I was just applied some spicy ointment to relieve my itchiness include my arm and my leg(caused by vacation during Oct 2014).

Dec 2015

My fingers suddenly poped up blisters and it slowly spread to my palm. I was suffered and restricted in daily activities include working. I was immediately went to see Dermatology and doctor said it was due to Allergic Contact Dermatities. I was told him my histories of skin problems but he seems like ignore my story of vacation at island. He gave me corticosteroid such as oral steroid and topical steroid cream to apply. I also did blood test and the result showed I am exactly exposed to allergen since my igE (Immunoglobulin E) went up to 1731 IU/mL as 20x compared to normal human, To be surprised all my blister gone after the second day i consumed steroid. Although, the red bumps on my leg become worse as I always scratch it and it never get better.

Jan 2016

After my pompholyx cured I went to re-diagnosed at Dermatology and again doctor gave me 6weeks doses of Prednisolone (oral steriod). I stopped consumed it for second weeks as I felt serious headache. Prednisolone does giving these several side effect included headache. Again, the blisters appear on my fingers occasionally but it was not serious like the first time. Besides, the red bumps on my leg start to spread slowly to my other parts of body(waist and arm).

Feb 2016

I went back hometown 9 days for celebrating Chinese New Year. The day I back home my hand still have few blisters. But after third days at home, the blister start to disappear. My red bumps at my leg, waist and arm slowly cure after I applied ointment took from the pharmacies.

Very sad, when all symptoms included red bumps, pompholyx spread seriously after I back to work. I was very depress and tried to apply any method I search on Internet. I tried vege-diet, apple cider vineger, non-sugar diet, apply Vaseline, etc but it dint get well.

Mar 2016

I had difficulties to go into public place as the red bumps spread to my wrist, neck, ass, (but not penis) etc. Those bumps develop into small blisters with yellow pus and they combines into a big wound. The wound exudate yellow fluids and it never cure like normal wound. Those wounds spread around my body eventually affect my daily activities and even sleeping! I was fall into dilemma situation when choosing pants for outing. This is because the friction between the fabric and my wound killing me if I wear long pants. In contrary, the public will look at me like AIDS patient if i expose my disgusting wound when I wear short pants.

I was went to see Dermatology again, I was hoping doctor give me any miracle medicine that would cure me. He was given me steriod cream (Fluriocino cream) and some antibiotic to prevent wounds gets infection. I felt more depressing as the steroid cream do not cure me totally as the new wound appear while the old one do not cure.

After awhile, I even having seborrheic eczema on my eye socket, nose, beard and scalp! I started to panic and anxiety about my condition because I afraid I will become bold!

During mid of march I immediately take leave from work and back to my hometown since I suspect my house is the place that I able to avoid allergen.

19th March

My parents brought me to see Traditional chinese doctor and doctor diagnosed me as chronic eczema. It was broken heart my situation do not cure by big big of Chinese herbs some-more it got worsen.

22th March

My parents brought me to Government Hospital since they have very good facilities. I was first assigned into normal clinic to diagnose my problem but the Doctor thought I having chicken pox instead of eczema.... After argument and explanation to him, eventually he referred me to skin dermatology. Again my heard is broken that nurse arranged my appointment on 11th April instead of diagnose me immediately even i told her my situation is bad.

During I was feeling depressing, desperate, suffering and anxiety, i remembered my friends introduced me a skin dermatology clinic that near my house. I decided to give a tried. Doctor again diagnosed mine is chronic Contact Allergic Eczema, he referred me to hospital as he is out of idea to further diagnose me. All he could do is give me high dose of steroids to temporary relieve my situation. In such situation, I only could accept steroid although I know it would not cure the root cause. As expected, my condition getting better after i consume 30mg of oral steroid for first day and reducing 5mg day by day. The big wound start to recover instead of exudate yellow liquid. Even so, there are still have amount of smaller red bumps occur thigh, arm, elbow, chest, leg. Doctor suspect my body still fighting on it.

28th March

My situation get worse again when I reduce my dose of steroid to 10mg. My wound start to wet and my blister on my hands become yellow in color. I went to see other doctor that introduced by my relatives (He is not specialist but experience doctor). I knew no matter how I have to give it a try since I am totally out of ideas. After I explain my long story to doctor. He suspect I had scabies infestation as my several wound looks alike scabies infected. He gave me Scaboma lotion and antibiotics cause my wound been infected (concentrated yellow- green color liquid exudation). I been advise my cloths and bedding must be exposed under hot sun for few hours to kill the scabies.

29th March

My red bumps, big wounds, pompholyx, patch eczema all beginning to cure (quite quick condition). Although I am not 100% sure that the root cause is scabies, but thanks god I am starting to cured!

Overall Analysis

Due to my research and reflection, I am highly suspect I had scabies during October 2015. The symptoms start appear after 6weeks such as red bumps on my arm as prescribe in internet. "The movement of mites within and on the skin produces an intense itch, which has the characteristics of a delayed cell-mediated inflammatory response to allergens. IgE antibodies are present in the serum and the site of infection, which react to multiple protein allergens in the body of the mite. Some of these cross-react to allergens from house-dust mites. Immediate antibody-mediated allergic reactions (wheals) have been elicited in infected persons, but not in healthy persons; immediate hypersensitivity of this type is thought to explain the observed far more rapid allergic skin response to reinfection seen in persons having been previously infected." As different person with different body structure, I guess pompholyx and patchy eczema were my allergic reaction due to scabies (most the things will caused me allergic since my igE damn high). On the other hands, I am also suspected allergen at my workplace such as nickel, chromium, caused me allergic since there are articles spoke about possibilities late allergic reaction on occupational allergic.

Right now I have to extremely be-careful and aware to any allergen that caused me allergic while I hope my immune system will recover as normal since I consumed a lot of oral steroid. Beside, if the cause is really from scabies, I have to aware all my friends that had skin contact, shared towel, cloths and bedding with me. Most of the times scabies will attacked human who in low immune system. I sincerely hope they are alright! For 5months of research and studies, there are three factors affect the increasing in igE, those are HIV, intestine parasite and allergen. But I would like to add on a new factor, that is scabies infestation. That’s my conclusion. I hope it would help people who suffered from eczema. Thank you.

Helpful for Eczema

I have a friend who has had eczema on both her arms for years. As usual the doctor asked her to use Cetaphil and prescribed steroids for use when there is a major flare up. Of course she tried not to use the steroids too much since they have numerous serious side effect such as osteoporosis, diabetes, hypertension, etc. Good thing she was already an adult cos steroid use can also impair growth in children. Anyway, as usual they did not work and she continued to have eczema everyday.

In 2013 I went to the US. I found that many people there use simple natural bar soap with oatmeal, honey and sometimes tea tree as an effective eczema treatment. So I bought an all natural Oatmeal and Honey soap bar and gave it to her as a Christmas present to try.

On Christmas eve she stopped using Cetaphil and switched completely to the Oatmeal bar and we were both pleasantly surprised (and she was overjoyed) when her eczema reduced by 80% within a week! Seriously. It's been a life changer for her. She's now working in Denmark and my wife and I recently sent her a whole box of Oatmeal soap from Singapore for her birthday.

This is what she uses: http://www.thesoaphaven.com/help-me-choose/soap-eczema-psorasis/
(It's sometimes out of stock but you can pre-order)

Hope it also helps some of you!
