doggies contrary to popular beliefs, can be trained at any age. importance is to teach it correctly and reinforcing the training through practice. u can't train it to do A for few days, then decided on some days there can be leeways or to be lazy. the doggie will be confused. same goes for toilet-training, they can always be trained to do it in toilets or outdoors regardless of age.
better to get both doggies neutered, on top of preventing unwanted litters, doggies live better after spaying. eliminate diseases such as cervical cancer, etc.
