West Ham have agreed to sign former Newcastle and Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson on a 12-month contract.

BBC Sport disclosed on 24 July that the Hammers were in talks with Wilson over joining as a free agent, after being released by Newcastle at the end of last season.

And a deal is now in place for Wilson to join Graham Potter's side before the 2025-26 season.

It all depends (again) on NUFC decision and position: if Newcastle get top striker, Liverpool will try again for Isak.

Just look at the prices quoted for average wingers and strikers in this current market. Its crazy.

Manchester United are prepared to sell striker Rasmus Hojlund for £30m.

The Denmark striker scored twice against Bournemouth in Chicago on Wednesday.

Immediately after the game he sought out waiting journalists to say his intention was to remain at United despite their ongoing interest in signing RB Leipzig's Slovenia forward Benjamin Sesko.
