I had this problem also.

I changed to chrome browser on my mobile to do the registration.

Brave browser have issue with my camera.

I tried previously with Brave, it don't work. After switching to chrome for registration, it works

I suggest you sign up at roadshow or retailer.
Roadshow or retailer can get physical sim card on the spot

If you going for eSim then online sign up will be faster.
Yes. scan id and face verification with camera.

Because online sign up have to either collect the physical sim card at the service centre or home delivery.

Home delivery can take quite long up to 7 days.
Service centre have to go ubi or lucky plaza.

All port in to $0 is 88 days if you port in until 31 July.

Yesterday 18 July, went to Eight Lucky Plaza services centre, they do not accept port-in to $0 mobile plan, must sign up at least $8 plan.
Ask the guy whether can port-in to the $0 plan at the roadshow, he said “don’t know “.
Head to City Hall road show for port-in to the $0 plan physical SIM card, get thing done within 5 minutes.

They too busy and everything don't know is best reply ... haha

Their port in timing is 11pm every day.

I cancel early before port in was available. Emailed and took about 2 hrs to terminate. But i think now best to terminate early for port in

2 hours is quite fast. Glad to know this. Thanks!

I’d up to 3 SIMBA lines and emails received about payments charged to credit card are of different dates. Unless they changed recently, I'd say billing dates may not necessarily be the same.

yes, mine too. one is mid month, another end month. and they change over time as simba bills every 30 days (shorter for months with 31 days)

I read from most that email termination was done within 24 hours.

However, not in my case.

I emailed to terminate my 2nd free SIM on on 17 Jul evening but there's been no update until now and the line is still active.

11 pm port in .. Simba emailed me that plan is terminated.
12.45 am Simba data signal disconnected
2 am Successfully ported over to eight and sms working

Able to login to eight account with my own number at 2am.
Simba online account deleted by simba at 2am.

I though it port in successfully then simba auto close account

Yes. From 11pm to 2am, I still can login to simba account.

Although at 11pm, Simba emailed me that account terminated but at this time still can login.

Port in successfully at 2am then Simba closed my account.

If I did not recharge, I still enjoy 88 days free?

No need to recharge. Just enjoy the 88 days free.

They give 1 x 30 days, 1x 30 days and 1 x 28 days ..

The $0 is only 1gb apac roaming per 30 days.

I've terminated my first FOC SIM and ported in a number.

For my second SIM can I port out, coz I want to port another number in. Want to keep this second FOC SIM number.

Information overload...can port out Eight FOC number, right?

If only Eight allows 3 (or more) lines...

I gave it a shot and ported my other FOC SIM out so I can port another SIMBA line in. Porting completed overnight.

Now to wait for daylight to fill in my now-vacant Eight slot.

How many of you are like me, hoping Eight will allow us to have more than 2 numbers?

(Luckily M1 Maxx allows 90-day Base Plan, 4 numbers each ID IIRC, and M1 network works for me as well. Just too bad no eSIM.)

I port in on 8 Jul till now my SIM card still haven’t arrived. 12 days already!
they already charged me $8 on 8 July.
I emailed them, they advise me go to service centre….. disappointing ….
