Haha, eye-catching title. don't have. I sent with normal title on Thu night.

Not port-in. Just new number under the $0 plan. I just got another e-sim that can activate immediately.

Officially, The two Eight service centre are operating from Monday to Friday (11am to 7pm)

Which date/day you physically present at Eight Ubi service centre to request for port-in your mobile number ?
Do you really mean Eight service centres are now operating from Monday to Saturday ?

The Ubi one.. the boss says he is there on Sat and Sun. I did it on Sat evening.

Does port in not happen on weekends?
Activated sim card by keying in temporary number yesterday (Sunday) afternoon.
No port in happen yet till now.

just being niao here

are the numbers offered by eight fresh? i have bad experience with taking up a recycled number that got endless unwanted calls and messages

Just picture this... which year were the 8xxx xxxx mobile numbers implemented? How many foreigners (workers and otherwise) have we imported since? Not forgetting the additional locals that have started using mobile lines. And those who started owning multiple lines.

What's the chance of them coming up with completely new numbers?

I have 2 x $0 SIMs for 1 month, so far very peaceful, no incoming phone calls and SMS. At the end of 88 days, will keep one with the perfect record. LOL.

anyway my free eight trail still have spam and "dunno who the hell are you call to my number " at least a few times in a week :ROFLMAO:
so the number are definitely recycled

My intention is to keep the one which does not create nuisance, hopefully. :giggle:
