It was a pop up stall (roadshow) in front of the Aljunied MRT station.I check through the list of retailers but can’t find any shop in Aljunied.
Which shop in Aljunied are you referring to?

Simba app doesn't ask for OTP every time. It caches your login for a period of time.Simba app also need to otp
Finally on Monday 29 Jul (12 days after my first email), i received a reply to say my $0 line is cancelled and the porting from Simba will commence. Fast forward 2 more days to today 31 Jul, I received an email from Simba at 11pm that my line is terminated. At 0030 hrs, I still see Simba on my phone.I've sent 3 emails to terminate my $0 line as the Aljunied shop lied to me that i can port subsequently after 88 days which is not true - 17 Jul, 19 Jul, 24 Jul with screenshot of sim card.
Until now, no response.
In the end i went to Ubi SC also.. Coz i remove my eSIM from my mobile phone. (The FAQ said can re-install after remove.. Which is NOT TRUE)Yes, it's working now.
Yours are consider smooth.
Mine was totally no service (except receiving SMS) for few days since porting to Eight, until after getting the help from the Ubi SC guy (who told me porting to eSIM might face glitch sometimes).
Yes abit better, but for security, it's OK.. at least otp is working...lolSimba app doesn't ask for OTP every time. It caches your login for a period of time.
Once you see an email that your old line has been terminated, go to bed and wait for the morning. Porting should be done already and at the very least, data is up and running. Your number HAS to land somewhere. Finally on Monday 29 Jul (12 days after my first email), i received a reply to say my $0 line is cancelled and the porting from Simba will commence. Hopefully I wake up in the morning with my number ported to Eight.
If you can, wait a few more days for eight to settle down coz I think they're overwhelmed by all those $0 plan registrations and mad rush port-in.So far those port over from Simba to Eight telco $8 plan. Do you face any issues of lag of porting over be it by Simba or Eight not processing? I am thinking to port over my simba work number to eight, but I scare will have few days stuck..

Up to 1100 hrs this morning, I sadly report that my number from Simba is still not ported. Finally on Monday 29 Jul (12 days after my first email), i received a reply to say my $0 line is cancelled and the porting from Simba will commence. First sign of successful porting is to see the old SIM card being disconnected. If your old line is still active, something is stopping it from being release.Up to 1100 hrs this morning, I sadly report that my number from Simba is still not ported.
My phone shows eight signal now and is able to receive/make calls using the temporary Eight number.
I hope my port-in number is not lost as I've been using it for over 10 years.
I've just sent an email to Eight to ask investigate.
Ya, my impression of Ubi is industrial area - hot. Still waiting to change one eSIM to physical SIM, and resisting any visit to Lucky Plaza. Will visit Ubi one day and maybe go buy a roast duck as well.
Was at their FB page, still seeing basic questions like "got eSIM?", "can port in?", etc. Questions easily answered by visiting their website FAQs.
Like the Lucky Plaza staff who MIA MC, hope their FB staff is just busy elsewhere and staying strong.

Always happen around midnight...mine 11.30pm...First sign of successful porting is to see the old SIM card being disconnected. If your old line is still active, something is stopping it from being release.
Common issues are : Golden number, ID mismatch and etc...
Let it lapse...they will sms u when end of $0I have the $0 plan.
If I dun wan to continue do I just let it lapse by doing nothing, or do I somehow need to "cancel" it?
Thanks.
No harm sending them an email to terminate the line, unless you somehow find that a hassle.I have the $0 plan.
