For those who purchased a paid Eight plan online, when you log into "My Account", is your Home Address, Contact Number, Email Address all filled in?

Also, is there any proper PDF receipt or bill that was sent to you via email?

if you signup offline, the information you mentioned will not be filled. just name accordingly to nric

Thanks. I was thinking that direct online order might be different from retailer purchase that it comes with these details filled in with proper PDF bills or receipt sent via email.

if it is your main line, best is to go ubi to port if you are not sure how to port in via online.

I also got it again. Wonder if I should try to top up again to see if they give another $8.
I got the free $8 last week after the first top up already.

You're always free to try, however I would be VERY surprised if you got another free $8 as it is limited to one free $8 bonus per line.

I signed up online, and even then it took quite a number of days for all fields to be populated.

Perhaps check back again in a week's time.

Mine was instant tho, signed up for 88 days free plan esim activation. Used nric (photo scan method) as part of the registration.

Mine was the two free 88 days SIMs given in May 2024. Back then no online purchases yet.

Until now everything is empty except for Full Name. I Intend to keep and maintain both numbers so recently logged into top up $8 main balance for free $8, I just noticed inside under "My Account" everything is blank.

Heng sway lah. Heng heng many cases but keeping quiet so see a lot of sway sway.

Even for info pulled from SingPass got to check and double check, don't take for granted otherwise become another sway sway.

Someone in the other thread got conned by this.

They went to ACTIVATE the $8 Double Eight plan and it overwrote their free plan immediately.

Don't make the same mistake, people!

eight never send any pdf on sign-up, renewal, top-ups.

nope, why need PDF receipt. My plan still free till Oct. There's a billing tab on their website which I suppose is to downlaod PDF bills from there.

Somebody tried to port his Lucky number from Simba which was activated less than 30 days ago into Eight, and the porting failed. Now his Simba also has no connection.

What mistakes did he make?

Lucky number got to pay if less than 2 years. More than 30 days still got to pay for the prorated outstanding. No pay no port.
