Hi.

Just checking for the following:

I have sufficient balance in my acct.

On the next recharge date, do I have to manually click recharge and "transfer" the money or will they deduct the monthly payment automatically from the acct balance.

Log in and check everything from the drop down list for auto-recharge option/setting

auto deduct every month

No straight forward to switch for eight. You have to check with eight, either go down their service centre to get one new esim or email them see if they can reissue another one.
Sorry how to reach out to them? Whats their email?

Looks like only option is to Service Centre

I am sure you have read how responsive the 8 CS team is when it comes to email.

If you want to solve it fast, go to the service centre. and look for

toy-story-name-on-boot.webp

UPDATE: eight responded to my emails this morning and they retriggered the port in. abt an hour later, got an SMS from them with the same error message. anyway found out that for circles life this is the procedure if u want to port out
-contact 8808 6868 and give them your DOB, full name and so on
-then go to your circles life app,tap on settings then security and turn off secureme
-port out procedure should be successful after that
will update again if there are any more hiccups or if port in is successful
UPDATE #2: woke up early this morning and the port into eight mobile is finally successful. at last. goodbye CL hello Eight! :s12: :flash: :s13:

just a reminder again to those porting out from circles life. make sure SECUREME on your circles life app is switched off before porting out process. if cant switch off, then call the CL hotline at 8808 6868 (operating hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday to Sunday)
