claim is can claim but I lazy la. A few dollars thing. Not as if I submit a lot of claim every month

Maybe my reply sounded a bit too harsh.

Ya, i also cant wait for cheaper plan with 100GB data and roaming, but right now feels like StarHub just throwing a bone out there to try bait people only.

As for are they ready to launch? Only they have the answer.

Actually they dont need test themselves.
Release service and let the first 88,888 test in real world environment.

Can ask them focus on rolling out service?

From the vibes of them so far, I think they are waiting until they have signed enough subscribers for its $8 plan before even moving on those who signed up for its free 88 day plan. :o

Everytime send useless email to us, but the service is not even applicable to us. For what sent those emails....

Probably their "system" got problem.

I used phone number to express interest
Gotten 2nd sms from them just weeks apart with the same exact content
