Each ID is allowed to sign up for 2 SIM cards.

• Your last 4 digits of NRIC or identification card
• Your existing mobile number under eight

if im not wrong, once u collected its probably started liao since the staff scanned it on their end.
u will receive sms to say activated once u put it in ur phone and connect successfully.
