Really? i find Starhub network decent .... not as fast as ST .... My corporate line has used SH for years ..

Watching the video is fine for me though mainly reels I watch ... maybe you should check the APN settings as well .. i Wont ask for Speed Test that's for sure and i am not a empty "vessel"

Apn is sh default shwab or something like that. As feedback by others sh has better signals down town.

Ytd went from Clementi to tanjong pagar mrt Dover stn data paused after leaving stn then got.

Reaching to tanjong pagar stn abt 6pm till underground towards international plaza, signal full bar 4g/4g, but no data unable to surf internet

Cross traffic lights walk along anson road then got data.

This is weird. SH being one of the oldest telcos should have as good coverage as ST.

No wonder they need people to do speedtest. or r the speedtesters consuming up all the available BW? haha..

Wah this is the flightmode symptom leh.
This weekend need bring out and test more.

Got 2 sim cards. My experience:

One can send/receive sms. the other one can send but cannot receive.

The internet speeds are slower than my simba line. have no tried mrt and town areas yet. In certain areas, cannot even watch 1080 yt without the loading circle. On simba, can watch 4k60p np. haha.

i think it depends on location, some areas really cmi some areas strong. give them abit of chance since they give free, last time simba also had problems, and totally 0 connection underground mrt for certain colors lol.

Cannot compare like this. Simba is a totally new telco and they r setting the hardware infrastructure. Eight is a MNVO leveraging on Starhub's already well established infrastructure. If no excuse for Starhub not to perform on par with ST or M1. And I am not testing them in ulu areas. ST and Simba have very good signals here. I dun have M1 so cannot comment.

Last weekend I actually experienced better Eight than ST connection. My diehard ST fan friend who's also having connection issue said maybe they're having some maintenance or upgrading
