Just received my 2 x $28 bonus credit after 2 sms sent by eight.
Top up 2 x $28 on 14 Fri morning vis shopee retailers.

Not sure if this have been discuss before, anyone use both eight and giga before?
I know both use Starhub network, but since eight is cheaper than giga, will there be any case where in a congested area e.g. crowded underground MRT, they will give priority to giga and starhub users, causing slowness to eight users.
I'm a current giga 4G user, I don't need 5G, I'm thinking whether should I switch to eight since it's cheaper.

I was a giga user. Ended up no benefits but existing users and the network get worse...so I switch to eight and found it surprising fantastic! The only better thing about giga is it's app. Guess that's where the money goes to

By right, login otp is using eight number...... but it send to my main number. lol

activated email diff from signed up sms.
activated email diff from payment email

no reply from eight since sunday. guess their online support is non existence.
my login otp is now using the activated number to login tho.

Seems to be. FB can see complaints about their cs. Luckily no using esim. Nightmare.
And luckily all goes well with this top up, if not will be the same.
