So far 4g is ok for my home router usage. If need higher speed I'll just use my phone sim 5g to download stuff.

maybe will try out one month then change back $8. 4G is good enough. already getting 120mbps+ at m house

yes, personally also find that 4G is more than sufficient, not to mention that starhub coverage and speed in lion city even for 4G is quite good.

using 5G also drains more battery for no meaning.

it is speedy. everything loads faster
but MRT tunnel more prone to have full-signal-but-no-data.

Starhub 4G is actually the better network out there too, so it's actually okay to remain on their 4G.

That was the reason why I left them last year. I'm often left with no data on MRT trains for long periods.

For me, eight has been more reliable in the tunnels so far. 4G is good enough

Yes, 100mbps on a mobile phone 4G.. Most things load faster than our eyes can even see.

zym has this 'loophole' that even after the free 5G trial, one can still use the 5G, so technically free 5G 'forever' until one day they close this loophole.
