Never tried this. lol
I tried when I collected at Ubi, but as SH staff was there, unable to.
But on the side, shop staff mentioned able to if SH staff isn't present to supervise.
Unless medical condition/physically unable to, likely will requiire LOA & physical IC as with all other telco's SOP.

Saw a guy last weekend at CEE, we both started the process at the same time and when I am done with collecting 2x SIM Cards, he is still trying to choose his first "lucky" number. Is quite unfair to people in the queue, what a dick

I did some testing and maybe found the way they do de-prioritizing.
eight seems like try not let user phones to do CA (carrier aggregation) most of the time. For example, at same location, my eight SIM only connects to band 3 (only shows 4G on android), and my other MR 5G (on starhub) sim allows b3_b7 CA, android phone shows 4G+.

the admin ask people to contribute and test the speed. then asked those who joined, whats the point of joining the group when you not contributing.
