https://www.eight.com.sg/faq-renew-recharge-and-billing

  • How do I recharge my eight wallet or top up my plan?
    • You may recharge your eight wallet in advance with the below methods:
      • Debit or Credit Card via eight account
      • At eight retailers/ service centre

You can recharge your wallet as much as you want as the credit has no expiry date as long as your eight mobile plan is active. The credit can be used for subsequent credit renewal. ? The credit in the wallet are non-refundable, transferrable/ exchangeable for cash.

Been using and testing it for the past few days, so far so good.
Might consider switching from heya $10 plan to this Eight $8 plan.

perfect ?not for me .. spotty some place roaming aeroplane mode ... i find ST roaming partners are better and most have 5G roam ..
Maxis is ST's (main) roaming partner in Malaysia. These days CelcomDigi got in too.

My primary SIM cards in Malaysia are all Maxis's prepaid aka Hotlink. Hotlink network, which is one of Eight's roaming partners too. Latest trip all worked on 5G when 4G was weak up in my hotel room. Other hotels' rooms no issue.

OK, I shall remember to bring my Eight SIM card for my next trip, though 1GB can't do much so I'll have to switch back to my Hotlink after testing.

Same here.
Hope esim is included too.
That's what I'm waiting for now. eSIM

Maxis MyHome and Maxis are different... I have Hotlink too it is more reliable than Maxis Myhome connections and also have 5G roam .. Eight doesn't have 5g roam in Malaysia thats for sure.

I'll test my Eight there, on 4G then. 👌

Have only been remembering to bring my M1 Maxx SIM, but never Eight so far.
