usual shopee voucher cannot be used for top up.

I was lucky. I sent in termination request during the 2.++ pm, then received the termination confirmation email just 30 mins later.

Then I straight away signed up for another $0 plan using esim to receive.

Wrote in via email to terminate 2 lines . Gave nric and all the things mention . Apparently no reply no news

Wrote in first last night at 8pm and 2nd at 1233pm today .

Wrote to them on 20th Aug 9:49pm, this morning (22nd Aug 9 am) line terminated and received email notification at the same time

Sharing my timeline porting in from ZYM sim card to Eight esim, all done online

19 Aug 4pm - signed up and activated line, request to port in
20 Aug 11pm - ZYM line no more signal, but number not yet ported
21 Aug 12am+ - porting still not done
21 Aug 9am+ - number ported in successfully

might have been ported in earlier in the midnight or early morning but i only checked and confirmed at 9am+.

i also dropped them an email on 20 Aug noon to get them to expedite the port in, but not sure if it helps cos no acknowledgement and no response. but glad all done and signal is okay so far.

I've got the same experience as you but from Vivifi esim to Eight esim.

11pm Vivifi line cut off
7am Called my number: Singtel no. is not available
9am Called my number: Starhub no. is not available
9.50am First sms received on my ported number
By late evening, imessage finally activated successfully.

Only if they retain the $0 plan? As far as I can see it is ending, at least for the NDP promo which ends on 31st Aug or the 28888 number of subscribers is reached.

How is the signal compare to zym?

if based on speedtest, some areas ZYM faster, some areas Eight faster.
but actual usage can't really tell much of a difference.
this is based on 3-4 days of usage.

yes, if your mobile signal is weak (like my computer table, signal is extremely poor for m1), or in unlikely event you are running low on data.
