Tried calling and texting to see the caller id? Mine id was correct but displaying old number until I went into settings to change. IPhone.

But are you able to sign into eight portal with your ported number?

Maybe you try restart your phone.

Mine is a Samsung. Tried all methods as mentioned.

Caller id shows ported number. Can sign in with my ported number too.

are you referring to the SIM number, which should be automatically detected and autopopulated by the phone?

something like this:
settings --> internet --> SIM management --> SIM number

which should match the entry in:
settings --> about phone --> status (or similar settings entry)
(this menu may be named differently. it shows the IMEI numbers, SIM numbers and status, serial number, kernel version etc)
