so dv tech still cheapest if can use 50% voucher but capped at 200coins
you check, which sellers can give you the cheapest lor, cos some sellers many run promo for certain period

Someone correct me if I'm wrong:
Top up main bal means put in wallet to be used when 30 days are up
Top up plan means start new plan for 30 days and forfeit all remaining entitlements (talktime, data, roaming, idd) from current plan
