I have a weird problem
I subscribed an Eight line for my bro to use in Vietnam for his vacation.
I tried to call him using M1 or Zero1, all failed.
But I could reach him if I use another Eight line.
Anybody encounter similar issue ?

Lucky plaza service centre is open today. Half day. Swapped to physical sim in under 2 minutes.

I went to Ubi SC to sign up for a new line and requested to port my existing mobile number from redONE. The billing cycle will start on the 1st of each month. I hope the porting process can be completed today, although there is a risk that it may not go through.

Somerset sim pick up point is a makma shop. Went to simba orchard check my lucky number terminate status and want to pay the 50% of the lucky number charge. the simba staff said terminated no longer in use for more than 6 months no need to pay the 50% lucky number offer. no own simba money.

So if get the lucky number no need to stay with Simba for 24 months? After 6 months can port out without paying penalty?

I was in Vietnam DaNang n Hanoi for a week. In cities not much issues. There are times there are no connection especially out at Halong Bay (on the sea). Sometimes i restart phone, then it was ok. I presume that even with bought eSim sometimes will also encounter no network issues, i can accept that it is only very short while, then ok already. I m using $8 plan.

Yeah, I totally agree. It was my first time roaming ib Malaysia with Eight. I was connected to the Maxis network, but the data wasn’t working, even when I turned it off and on (morning ok, afternoon stopped working). I think it might be a Starhub issue, because my brother who uses Giga had the same problem as me.

On the other hand, my parents on Gomo and use Maxis without any issues. They ended up using their hotspot line for internet.
