The more important question is, are you subscribed to the appropriate social media channels and groups, so that when the next promotion appears, you will be aware of it?

This is something you would have to do on your own I'm afraid. No one can help you. It has been blasted all over social media and multiple forum threads and groups over the last five days. And publicized through the IT Show as well.

Top up $28 get $38, I say good deal
Top up $28 get $56 (max 8x per line), I smell something is wrong.

$56 is one shot 7 months (for $8 plans), if top up 8x that is 4 years+. From $8 effectively become $4 (发->死)

Do they really need these promos if they are so competitive? Simba also does such promo, but their speeds have become abysmal recently

Or is it 1) they are burning cash and need $ to keep going, or 2) they know their speeds are about to get much much worse (or maybe they nego with Starhub much worse priority) and want to lock as many people in before they jump ship again?

Budget telco brands are basically at war with Simba and Starhub using their flanker brand Eight to fight. They are locking as many customers they can to Eight so that people will find it hard to port to other telcos especially Simba.

it can be a case of more user but using the same bandwidth thus its just a maths equation

No promo people will complain all these mvno shd give good promo.
Now mvno become guilty suspect.

i rem i key the number correctly during activation page....how the hell they can assign another random number. :unsure:
