Wait for next one lo, since porting from Vivifi, on average I spend less than $3 per month (including the three months free trial and previous promo etc) and for the coming 7 months.

so today's 20/03 bonus $28 is in...
But where did my $28 topup from DV.tech on Saturday 15/03 gone to? (are they suppose to show up in the history??)

btw, can Eight open up password login, very hard to get OTP from my parents to check leh.

it won't appear in the log... but u should have received sms / email on the top up

Seems that top up through retailers are not shown. Only top up on the website and bonus top up are shown.

Just drop by the service centre at Ubi for hassle free porting. No need to apply online.
Pls don’t find it troublesome going Ubi, else when porting issues occurs, then you start getting headaches 😅

1-3 days to port over.

Currently no need promo code, port over entitled free 2 months credits.
Just to share my experience,I went to Ubi Service Centre to port in my number, but in turn was ask by the guy to "sign up online".
Not a problem , I just sign up online on the spot.
Wait for Eight to sent me the confirmation email and some activation code.
Show to the guy at the Ubi Service Centre, then collect the sim card on the spot and activated the temporary number.
Next day, my line was successfully port in.

Not sure I understand the question.

The Ubi Service Centre who asked him to sign up online is good; he is following "best practices". By signing up online, the user will be able to verify his own identity through SingPass without the need of handing over his physical NRIC to an "ah beng" who can sneakily take photos of your NRIC for identity theft purposes etc. Therefore, there is no need for the retailer to actually handle the NRIC himself; he can ask to take a quick look if necessary. You should never let your NRIC out of your sight as identity theft is a real issue nowadays.

Ported a line to Eight without issue. Second line doesn't work after activation. Looks like the SIM is unable to register onto the network.

Emailed them a few times, but met only the first email was replied to.

Sigh.

Is the second line a port-in or a new number? Did you restart your phone?

Write to them, some need writing skills. This I said before many moons back. Give an eye catching and relevant title, to start with. Not something like "I hate you". Then inside give only relevant info.

What is relevant? Best make your way to Ubi for one to one professional help.

I was just struggling in CCL just now. So I'm not the only one.

I don't have top up info to share, no received bonus. Coz I'm already set to celebrate come Christmas 2025.

Swap the 2 cards in the 2 phones? Another way to try. Or a 3rd phone if you have.

i asked why they so slow reply email, they said they normally take 2~3 days to reply.

i guess due to recent promos, they take longer to reply.

Because you mention you porting in. Probably need to do hygiene check whether the line is under your name before he ask you just do porting online. Many bros out there seem like just request porting and got stuck when lines not under their nric
