experience it since yesterday afternoon. checked speedtest, ping is the issue. like need to queue quite sometime for your request. once your turn liao the connectivity is ok then queue again. end up you find it laggy and hard to use data.

hopefully is some glitch and Eight is working on it. cannot stand this quality if it is due more and more people porting in

Yes. Quite slow today. IG video keep pausing. Even whatsapp photo cannot send out. Took 5 mins to send.

seems intermittent. just now couldn't open shopee. now better...hope nothing to do with Starhub network issues back in SG.

My iPad has Eight and Simba. Indoor I put to Eight though most times I've WiFi, coz I want to save my Simba resources for JB. But most times when I stepped out, I'd get frustrated with Eight connection and switch to Simba. :crazy:

no issue on main starhub and Singtel lines

suspect eight too overload plus it's a holiday so lesser priority for
cheaper Telco while they priority main parents Telco

Huh? Is this true? I remembered I used to exchange my survey points for Shopee credit, then top up to my Eight account with the Shopee credit, Shopee coins and charge the little remaining balance to my credit card. Is any of these still possible (which merchant still accepts Shopee credit in top up to Eight account or have all merchants stop accepting already)?

Also, top up $68 to get $88 and tie myself into 11 months contract is not attractive enough for me (especially with the irritating intermittent no network / signal issue on and off throughout the months and even worst these few days - imagine you are in the middle of a zoom meeting and being forced to exit). Yes, Eight is relatively cheap but you still need to buck up on your network stability to instill confidence too ...

Hi I am currently using eight at $8. How can I downgrade my current line to $5 senior line? I'm eligible based on age
