of course lah. just started rollover. need to confirm coming mth got rollover or not.

This one seems tricky :
$10.80 has less APAC/Int quota, the only advantage is the rollover
$12.80 provides slight increase in local data/sms & IDD, plus rollover for $1 more.
Depending on ones requirement it could make sense to stay on $11.80.
