El capitan on iphone sync need advice

Now I'm on maverick
I wan anna upgrade to El Capitan. But I'm worry of sync

Example on my maverick I sync my iphone photo to iPhoto
And I organize in folder and sync Itune and iphone folder photo all corrects

If I upgrade to el captain how is the sync will it affect or stop the photo sync issue
