Has anyone encountered this problem before? I just bought a deepcool casing and transfer all the parts from my current computer over. When I plug the power cable to the wall socket without switching on the computer, I can feel a light tingling feel on the casing.

Even when I unplug all the peripherals (only motherboard with the atx power cable) I can still feel the current on my casing.

Try to use different socket outlet and see if it helps...if the same re-check your installation to see if something is grounded

Is there any reliable shop in sim lim that can do the debugging for me? I have been trying a lot of different combinations but none seems to work

did you remember to screw in the motherboard mounting rivets that came with the casing?

There were 4 that were already there with the casing hence I didn't use any that came with the package. But the rivets are metal. Is that the reason for current on my casing?

Your earth connection is broken, check psu and extension socket for fault. It could be dangerous if not fixed.
