Saw someone posted this https://www.seat61.com/Malaysia.htm#How to book for train ticket jb to kl
anybody tried before ?
anybody tried before ?
If you read it properly, there is no direct jb KL service. A transfer is required at Gemas. That's where you get the electric train.
yeaps. need to alight at gembas
i saw one of the timing
reach gembas at 3am then 7am depart to KL
so 3am to 7am cannot stay inside the kereta api?
1. It's GEMAS.
2. The same kereta api you take from JB has to depart Gemas at 4:15am for the trip back to JB.
HOLY JESUS
so when i alight 3am at gemas
then i will be left stranded until 7 am the kereta api come ?
Share a friend’s experience. Train ride suppose to be 12 hours from Taiping to Woodlands. End up for both times, close to 18 hours as train broke down a number of times along the way.

He must have taken a minimum of 3 trains- Taiping-Gemas by electric train, Gemas-JB by the usual diesel type and finally the Tebrau Shuttle for JB-Woodlands. Perhaps about 10 hours on the trains, excluding time waiting for transfer. Not worth the time unless you love travelling by train.
Usually 1 month ahead.
I just checked today. only till 18th dec and there's only 1 timing. This is so worrying. My train to bkk is on 24th evening. Die also must get to perlis by 24th afternoon.

I see on the ktm site that there are many choices of trains for 17th November. For each train there are many seats. I suggest that you check the ktm site daily until you see the 24th available.
