Clement Canopy completed 2019, meaning 9 years older than Elta: +9*$50=$450
Fair price for Elta : ($2000+$450)*1.05(harmonisation) = $2572

Thats why u see current left over for elta are >$2572 psf

Calvon (TOP 2024) already hit $2271 for a 4 bed....

i mean when i compare ELTA floorplan to Clavon one... only one of the 2bedder in Clavon has dumbbell layout where room can have its own private bathroom. And unfortunately the 2nd bathroom in Clavon only has 1 door...
