anybody have any experience with Eluktronics laptop?
they are shipping to Singapore....

hows the performance?
what about the warranty?

They are basically very alike like aftershock Locally loh. Al this brands have the same chassis. Then chup the brand of their own.

Everything is fine when there is nothing wrong. When there is something wrong, the wait is very long to get it fixed.

Same goes to Aftershock. Cause they all send back to ODM to repair.

Eluktronics anything goes wrong, you send back to US to get it fixed and come back.

Ya. They are not the one who repairs it. Anything wrong they just send your laptop away. How long it takes will be questionable.

All this brands are cheap. They also tend to skimp somewhere in cooler design. They also tend to be slow in terms of service. Order today, comes in a month time.

When it comes to service chat. They were never there. Last 4 weeks ago, my friend chose the Forge 15S from aftershock. Only to be delivered this week. And when you choose to install the drivers on your own, you got to request their FTP server link to get it downloaded.

To be fair. They provided a CD for all the drivers. But who the hell uses CD these days? Yet alone all their laptops doesnt come with a CD drive.

Is the experience as a whole. Not worth the discounted price.

Cooling for the 10750H is also a problem. Given that big cooling solution, it is still poor.
