Emails sync

I have a MBP, iPhone and an iPad. Also have a few email accounts in each devices. How come in the past, when I delete a email the other devices automatically have the email removed immediately. Now I have to constantly check for new mails to have the charges updated.

Only clouds is push. The rest should I set to fetch or manual?

Setting to push will drain battery and use more data but update is the fastest of all the settings, you set to manual, then it will only update when you trigger. Really depends on what you want.
