Emails

Okay not sure if this belongs here but seeing that I'm an iMac user I figured I'll try starting from here.

Now I used to be a PC user loooooong time ago. Back in those days I was using Eudora and then Thunderbird for my emails. I think I still have those super old files backed up somewhere assuming the DVD-Rs still work.

Assuming I can find those backed up Eudora or Thunderbird files, is there anyway I can copy the email folders and the emails from these backups to my iMac and open them in my iMac's default Mail app?
