Got a few to ask:

1. Are civilians allowed to shop in SAFRA emarts?

2. Are civilians allowed to shop in the emart at Chevrons?

3. Can we use the NS50 vouchers at the emart?

I have walked into SAFRA Mt. Faber and bought items, paid by NETS, so I guess it is possible for civilians to walk into the emart shop to buy items.

Hmm, just to confirm that civilians (I don't mean NSmen) can also visit the Chevron's emart?

====================

Side note: the emarts in the camps are clearly not accessible to civilians.

those emarts are in public accessible locations.

If not wrong emarts in camps are accessible to civilians who were previously servicemen of course. Just have to change pass if not wrong.
