Hi all,

well we all travel overseas and sure we might or not have experience illness or become sick during our trips

i personally experienced diarrhoea and vomitting non stop during my recent trip and becos i forgot to bring my own med, hell was i in a situation oc hugging the toilet bowl till morning

lets share some of the common meds we can buy in pharmacy for different purposes

I usually pack them inside a zip log bag.. my kit consists of,

Diarrhea,
Activated charcoal (Norit)
Dioctahedral smectite (Smecta)

If you want stronger onces have to buy from Pharmacy counter,
such as Atropine, Diphenoxylate or Loperamide

Vomiting/upset stomach
Antacids (Actal, Gaviscon)

Motion sickness,
Novomin, Cinnarizine

Fever/Headache,
Paracetamol, Ibuprofen tablets

Runny/blocked nose (Pharmacy),
Actifed Tablets, Clarinase

Plasters, Hand sanitizer, bandage

All my kit are tablet form, liquids will face issues such as spillage.

No,antacid is more for gastric reflux or heartburn. Maxalon is better for vomitting

good to know some brands tt can be bought over the counter
