Emoji predictive not working

Predictive emoji ain’t working. How do I resolve this? Tried removing and add back, also restarted phone.

Try this:
Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards
Check if Emoji keyboard is there. If not, add new keyboard selecting Emoji.

Settings > General > Keyboard
Check if Predictive Text is enable. Enable it
