try and reseat your ram and see how it goes.

Can try several approach:

1) Clean the gold contacts on all ram module and graphic card
2) Run memtest86 to determine the health status of the ram modules
3) Remove all the dust on the heat sink and apply a new coat of thermal paste, if circumstances allowed, clean the GFX card too.
4) Pray hard

Sorry to dig out this thread and just an update that the problem is solved and it is ram not enough issue and the BSOD and screen froze went away after reseat ram.

Apparently, ram usage blows and system crash.

If you guys interested to know what happened in this time lag, I had been resetting the PC and sometimes the system can get stable.
Only recently the system cannot start up liao...so i deduce the mobo spoilt.:s13:

Anyway, many thanks to all you guys for the help!
