2. Attire - besides 4 sets of uniform, 2 pair of boots, what else is provided? Esp Tees and shorts, how many sets?

3. Phone charges still a no item?

4. Any access to canteen, vending machine or emart at own timing?

1) You should be issued with 5 sets of No4 or 3 sets of No3 depend on what type of BMT you are attending. Actually, no points knowing now cause they will brief you accordingly & you will check on that day of issued.

2) 19 to 20 underwear cause you may not have time to wash it.

3) My unit during PTP & BMT time allow RECs to wear home clothes to sleep.

4) Phone + spare batteries + charger.

5) Coins to buy drinks from vending machine & washing machine to wash clothes (Not sure if your company line pubic phone use coins or phonecard...is there is still any public phone using phonecard around?).

2 & 3. Really no time to do washing? Just one week supply of undergarments not enough? Not hygienic to stock up soiled clothes leh

4. If battery bank allowed, tt'll be much more ideal, even it means no charging allowed

5. Washing machine? Possible?

there's sure time, depends on how you spend it only. enough or not depends on how you manage your time.

you need to be clear here. you are still charging from your power bank... so how is that not allowed?

is there even washing machine on tekong? Kyoji83 is like from the 80s so whatever he say is very outdated.. even if there is washing machine, being allowed to use is another question. and you want to use washing machine for like a few pieces of items???

True

Can charge phone, just no charging of power banks from electric points ya?
SAF is sensitive with USB ports/devices

Washing machine I doubt recruits can use it, so many of them, how long it's gonna take?

what's the difference between charging of power banks or phone or practically anything from electric points

if SAF is sensitive with USB ports/devices, then how to bring model day phones and powerbanks?

If cannot use then how does how long matters? So if there isn't even washing machine, how does it matter

During my 2 weeks confinement, really no much time to wash it & the best time should be on a Saturday night. Even if Sunday is off day but still got activities going on.

I think the important thing back at my time is not clean clothes for hygienic purpose but rather enough sleep.

I cannot advice you on battery bank cause it was not invested yet during my time. But we do have handphone & sure will have someone break rules that cause all of us to surrender our handphone. End up not much use during my time.

Haha, washing machine not for RECs.

For me I have the time to do washing, because I didn't sleep well throughout my BMT. On most days I slept at 11pm and wake up at 3am.
