Enough time to reclear immigrations?

There's a school cip im very interested to join.
Proposed dates are 22-29 march.
However, i will be returning to sg from hk at 1050 on scoot on 22nd itself.

If they book morning flight, no need say. However if the flight is 1210pm do you think i have enough time to get out and reclear immigrations and all? (Likely silkair)

Dont think so.

Land at 1050, still need to get out of plane n walk, assuming no delays.
Have to clear immigration.
Then need to get over to maybe another terminal. Need at least one hour before departure for checkin.

The time frame is too tight.

40 mins for silkair. But alrights. Thanks i know cant depend on this but is it scoot always arrives early?

First, do you have to re-clear immigrations and re-check in? Scoot can probably check your bags thru to Silkair to your final destination. Then, in this case, it becomes a transit at SIN within T2, no need to re-check in or content with immigration and customs. Otherwise, you can try use the transfer desk at T2, check in for your MI flight there, then get them to settle your luggage transfer for you. All these will save you the hassle of exiting immigration and customs then re-enter again.

Without delay and same terminal (and without need to exit secure area), 1 hr and 20 mins definitely doable.

Minimum transit time at Changi is like 45 mins.

You can't be relying on your flight to arrive early- more often than not, the flight will be slightly late. Factor in the time for taxiing and terminal bridging... you won't make it.

Budget airline schedule is very unpredictable. I suggest you do not take the risk.
