Entry Level Gaming Rig

Ive been searching around the net for awhile now(watching videos and stuff) on DIY PCs. Too many times I've been tempted to up my budget and go for more expensive parts(which is why the build has been delayed for 2 mths now). So i just wana ask people here if its possible to work withing my initial budget to build a PC for my needs. Sites like pcparpicker.com is awesome for a generic outlook of what the sytem will be like but its not practical in a local context as prices there are from sites based there such as Amazon, NCIX, Newegg etc.

SO. My needs are very basic. I just need the PC to be able to run Dota 2 at highest settings. And for heavy web surfing(Im the type who likes to open 20-30 tabs in google chrome). Thats about it. Im also looking at a dual screen setup for multitasking purposes(not for gaming) so im guessing i might need a graphics card to support that? Oh and I also need an SSD as a boot drive. Been using SSDs since they came out a few years ago and i cant really live with the abysmal loading times of normal HDDs. I also run my computers 24/7 and never turn them off so maybe i'll need an aftermarket cooler for the cpu? Im open to both Intel and AMD, but realistically i guess i'll have to go down the cheaper AMD road to suit my budget.

Budget JUST FOR THE CPU $700.

I have been doing research on fx6300 in amazon and in SG. The amount is not worth it to get from amazon. Dont forget you cant ship it directly to sg. Got to use a forwarder to send in. That will eventually set the price point to almost the same at SG. Probably $10-$20 cheaper. But all the warranty you got to send it back to amazon if things happen. So it is just not worth it.

Anyway if you are better off with an intel rig. But it will be ivy build.

Basically the price point. Unless you wanna go for an APU build. Which is equivalent to an i3. And probably a hybrid crossfire 7750 to boost up the performance for gaming.

Also will largely depends on what kind of games are you playing other than Dota 2.

Cause if you want the fx cpu, regardless fx4300/6300/8350 it will probably burst your budget even paired it with an older chipset like 970.

The only one for light gaming i can recommend you an APU build.

For a super budget build i will recommend as per follows.

Been reading up more the past couple of days. Wana know would an APU build + a crossfired dedicated GPU perform as well as say the FX6300 plus a dedicated GPU?

For example how would a

A10-6800K + XFX Radeon HD7750 Graphic

perform vs

After much research. It will depends.

If you feed in the apu an 2133mhz ram then you will max out the potential of the apu graphics.

Together with a 7750 hybrid crossfire it should be equivalent to a 7850.

And fyi the fx series needs to go well with a good mobo. 990 chipset would be the best. In the end the price point isnt nice.
