Entry to Mid level NAS storage system with raid capability

So I called Ace and they came back with this pricing

Ds216se barebone is 216

Thought of getting a bundle from them with HDD and told them to give me a price quote and this was it..

216se with 2 x 3T (either seagate or WD red) is 560

216se with 2 x 4T(either seagate of WD red) is 720

It is rather exp for the bundle...am I right?

Is there a better place to get a fair pricing for either 2x 3T/4T HDD?

Not that much more. E.g., Buying drives from PCT will save you $4-$12.

3T - 172 per drive
4T - 252 per drive

The toshiba 7200 4tb drives jtjt00 recommended are more bang for the buck.
